In all the holiday hunkering down, let's get 2020 over with shenanigans, we forgot to update the our world with supplemental EEOC guidance on vaccination that was added to previously published information about COVID-19 guidance. The bottom line is yes, your employer can mandate you to get vaccinated, unless you have a valid religious or medical reason not to. This was expected and consistent with the case law in the ADA and Title VII that has dealt with similar issues, but this guidance is good to have floating around.
