Attorney Paige Lyle is experienced in all phases of the litigation process from the initial investigation, EEOC charge, pleadings, and discovery all the way to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. She has tried cases in State and Federal Court before judges and juries. While she thrives in the courtroom, she also believes in finding the right result for her clients, and regularly represents them in mediations and settlement discussions when circumstances permit.
Ms. Lyle graduated law school magna cum laude, and is a member of the state bars of Tennessee and Georgia. She is admitted to practice in the Middle, Eastern, and Western District Courts of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the Tennessee Employment Lawyers Association.
Ms. Lyle was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, but now considers Middle Tennessee her forever home. She and her husband, who is also a lawyer, reside in Nashville with their son, Henry. Outside of the office, you can find her reading on her porch, catching a flight to anywhere Southwest will take her, or playing at the park with her family.
