Nicki Mortland, our Client Care Specialist, is the first point of contact for potential new clients, who she helps to navigate through our intake process, but her assistance does not stop after the intake. She is there to guide and care for clients through each phase of the case. Lawsuits can be overwhelming and stressful at times, but Nicki’s vibrant personality and caring heart provide the comfort and support our clients need to see their case through to the end.
Nicki’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from Taylor University, a minor in creative writing, and a paralegal certificate. In college, she was part of a cabinet that worked to promote gender and sexuality equality programming. She also presented twice at Butler University’s Undergraduate Research Conference with talks on feminist issues.
Nicki is originally from Indiana, but now she calls East Nashville her home, as does her beloved cat, Appa. Her interests include sustainable fashion, history, the Spanish language, and rug hooking, a form of yarn art.
