Attorney Anne Hunter has been actively involved in the private practice of law in Tennessee, focusing on employment discrimination on behalf of individuals. She practices in federal and state courts and before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). She also negotiates severance packages and reviews non-competition covenants for terminated employees.

She has been trained as a mediator and values a collaborative approach to handling disputes on behalf of clients. She represents clients in settlement negotiations and at mediations and arbitrations.

As a Master of the Bench with the Belmont Inns of Court, she enjoys mentoring law students and advancing civility in the practice of law. She is a regular speaker on topics involving workplace harassment and discrimination.

After obtaining her undergraduate degree in English Literature from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, Anne went on to graduate from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago.

Ms. Hunter has lived in Middle Tennessee since 2000 and has raised her three children here. She enjoys traveling with her family. She swears she’s spent over two years of her life either watching youth baseball tournaments or hunter/jumper shows – and she wouldn’t miss a minute!
