Meet Our Team

The attorneys at Collins & Hunter PLLC have dedicated their careers and their practices to fighting for workers’ rights in Tennessee. Located just outside of Nashville, we are well-situated to serve the rights of employees throughout the state of Tennessee.

We focus our practice exclusively on the representation of employees who have been discriminated, harassed or retaliated against in the workplace. Whether your case is related to your race, sex, disability, medical leave, nationality or age, we will stand up for you.

Our Active Trial Practice

We have an impressive record in State and Federal Court. We routinely try cases before a jury in Federal District Court and have successfully argued appeals at the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. While other law firms choose to settle out of court for less than what you deserve, our team is not afraid to go to trial.

Within the past 2.5 years, we have tried four cases, compared to other firms who have taken zero to one cases to trial within the same time frame. Your rights are extremely important to us and we work diligently to help you obtain your day in court.
